Delivery Policy

Following are the delivery details authorized by The Elegance gifting company:

• We provide customized gifts, non-customized packages and edible gifts.
• Customized gifts takes 3 working days to produce.
• All orders are expected to be dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmed.
• Our dispatch timescales do not include weekends and public holidays.
• Deliveries will be assigned to our delivery partners such as Leopards, Trax and TCS. The delivery time varies from 6 to 8 days.

• We provide Midnight and Same Day Delivery in Karachi. Our Standard Same Day and Midnight Delivery charges for near by areas of Karachi are Rs.1000.

  Please note, for far away areas of Karachi, Midnight or Same Day delivery charges will be Rs.2000, this includes areas such as Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Gulshan-e-Maymar, Baldia Town, Mangopir, Saima Arabian Villa’s, Maripur, Bahria Town, Bin-Qasim Town, Surjani, Naya Nazimabad.
