When will I receive my order?
When you have placed your order, our Customer Service team will call you to confirm the order. After verification your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days for orders in stock.
You can request for urgent delivery, extra charges will apply.

Can I make changes to my order?

Note: Orders which have been dispatched cannot be changed.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order online.
Whom should I contact in case of delayed delivery of order?
We will provide you with your consignment number once your order will be booked on TCS. Based on that consignment number you can contact TCS on 111-123-456 to know the delivery status of your order.
What if I miss the delivery by the TCS?
If you missed the delivery, kindly contact TCS on 111-123-456 and request re-delivery of your parcel through provided consignment number.
The undelivered parcel will be returned to The Elegance by the TCS. Contact us on +92-315-2733405 for re-delivery. Re-delivery will charges will be applied.
How do I return products purchased from The Elegance?
- To return us an order, please contact us at +923362268694.
- If the return is backed by valid reasoning, The Elegance will accept the return.
- You will have to courier back the product to us at the address provided to you.
How quickly returns are processed at The Elegance?
