We usually collect details about name, contact number, email, delivery address and bank account details.
We may pass on your name, postal address and contact number to our courier supplier, TCS for smooth delivery of our products.
To claim an exchange, The Elegance needs to be notified within 24 hours.
The Elegance will only exchange products if the product was physically broken, wrong size or wrong colour.
The Elegance will only accept returns in case the product is unworn, unwashed and unused. If the product being returned is in inadequate condition, The Elegance reserves the right not to accept the return.
The Elegance accepts returns only if the product is sent back to us within three days of being delivered.
The return should be backed with valid reason. The Elegance will only accept returns if the product delivered to you was defected, physically damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
Product should be returned to The Elegance in the original form in which it was delivered.
Customised products can only be exchanged-not returned.

The Elegance will issue refunds only if the returned product is eligible for return.
Customer can receive their refund via Easy Paisa, bank transfer, debit or credit card.
This process may take 4-5 business days as refund will be issued only after the product has gone through a quality inspection.
If the bank statement does not reflect the refunded amount, keep in touch with your personal bank.
Refunds will be processed only if the bank account details are correct, account is active and holds some balance.
