We may pass on your name, postal address and contact number to our courier supplier, TCS for smooth delivery of our products.
To claim an exchange, The Elegance needs to be notified within 3 working days of receival of order.
The complain is processed between 24 to 72 hours and the new parcel is delivered within next 3 to 6 working days
The Elegance will only exchange products if the product was physically broken, wrong size or wrong colour.
The Elegance will only accept returns in case the product is unworn, unwashed and unused. If the product being returned is in inadequate condition, The Elegance reserves the right not to accept the return.
As soon as the request is received, the complains department processes it within one to three working days.
The Elegance accepts returns only if the product is sent back to us within three days of being delivered.
If the request of return is accepted by the company, the refund is processed within 3 days of receival of parcel.
The return should be backed with valid reason. The Elegance will only accept returns if the product delivered to you was defected, physically damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
Product should be returned to The Elegance in the original form in which it was delivered.
Customised products can only be exchanged-not returned.
