Delivery of Products

The Elegance is not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, and incorrect addresses, receiver phone not responding at the time of delivery or acts of war.

Complaints

This is very important to allow us to investigate the complaint correctly with the management. After this date complaints cannot be investigated.
